Donate to save lives… every drop counts

“Once a blood donor, always a lifesaver.”

Blood donation is not just a social service but a service to mankind. We have tirelessly served the ones in need, not for the sake of act of good but as an acknowledgement to the significance of each life. We have conducted multiple “Blood
Donation Camps” and have been able to successfully collect more than 1000 units of blood that has proved life saving over the period of time.

In times of pandemic, we stood strong.

“Without equity, we cannot end COVID 19 or HIV or any other pandemic” — Peter Sands

The Pandemic of COVID left a dark scar on the face of human existence and people were left gasping for life. While the world was trying to recover, we were fighting it out on the field to save as many lives as possible. Team Maheswari was able to distribute about 86 Oxygen cylinders to the people in need during the two severe waves of COVID and distributed thousands of sanitizers and masks.

Healthy body, Healthy mind.

“A calm mind inner strength and selfconfidence, so that’s very important for good health”— Dalai Lama

In this chaotic world it is easy to fall victim to ill health and mind, sometimes leading to critically dire consequences.
Maheswari has been working consistently to promote good health and mentally harmony among individuals of the society through awareness programmes and rallies. (With aid of local medical authorities)

A friend in need is a friend in deed.

A kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal.”
— Steve Maraboli

It’s when someone our dear needs medical help that one understands the value of compassion. We at Maheswari have embraced everyone to be our dear ones and have stood by them whenever medical urgency calls. We have been privileged to get the opportunity to serve people in times of critical medical junctures.

Let’s hold hands and walk together.

“There is no greater disability in society, than the inability to see a person as more”

An individual is sometimes born with traits that render him/her unable to live a normal life but this never obscures the
beauty that lies in his/her heart. We have acknowledged the credence of nature yet found peace with it through compassion. At Maheswari, we have worked together with these wonderful differently abled persons and luckily have found some place in their heart and smiles by providing physical, mechanical and emotional aid.

For a better world to live in.

“Cleanliness becomes more important when godliness is unlike.”
— P. J. O’Rourke

While the world seeks development, it comes at cost. The more use, the more trash we create. Maheswari found it the foremost duty to provide our people with a clean and hygienic environment. Cleanliness drives and awareness programmes to cultivate the idea “A clean world is a healthier world” have been organized by our team at different localities with aid of the community.

Swasthya

Health is the greatest possession.

“It is health that is real wealth, not gold, not silver.”
— M. K. Gandhi

In a world where the struggle for livelihood is the law. But this takes a toll on our health and we seldom realize it. We have acknowledged the fact and have extended our hand to look after people’s health though regular Health camps and medical assistance wherever our people have required. We are proud to have reached out to people with guidance from and support from medical staff of different hospitals.

You are not alone.

“Empathy is about finding echoes of another person in yourself.” — Mohsin Hamid

We care. Family is all that one admires as their true asset. But some unfortunate souls have been deprived of this aspect of
life. Our Organisation has stood by such orphans and old age people, understanding their pain and have tried to put a smile on their faces. We make regular visits to Old age homes and Orphanages to share their joys and agony. We have made sure that their necessities are met.

Kandha

You are not alone on your last journey.

“Death is our last journey for liberation.”
— Mandeep Kaur

One lives a life in the company of family and friends. Sometimes these friends and family fade away with time forget ones existence. A helpless soul deserves better than a abandoned body. Maheswari has had the honor to accompany them on their last journey. We have cremated and assured the last rites of many people who were forgotten and abandoned by the society. The “Saba Satkar” is our
respectful final duty for the ones who lived besides us someday

Yog

A healthy mind resides in a healthy body.

“Yoga is the journey of self, through the self to the self.” — The Bhagavad Gita

“Yog tan mann, yog hi jeevan.” We have come to acknowledge the significance of our cultural heritage and the ancient art of
Yoga. And we have up taken the task to spread this message through the “Yoga Sivira Campaign”. It is with immense pleasure that we mention that we have brought people of different age groups and community together in an attempt to promulgate the essence of Yoga.
